**SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY**
**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
**Shipping Method**
We ship all orders via An Post Registered Post with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
**Delivery Area**
We currently ship to addresses within the Republic of Ireland only. We dispatch from our facility in Clane, Co. Kildare.
**Shipping Costs**
- Standard Shipping: €9.00
- Free Shipping on orders over €65.00
**Delivery Timeframe**
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and An Post's service schedule.
**Signature Required**
As we use Registered Post, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, An Post will leave a collection notice with details on how to collect your package from your local post office or arrange redelivery.
**Tracking Your Order**
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your An Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at www.anpost.com/track
**Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels**
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the issue with An Post and offer a full refund for any confirmed lost parcels.
**Damaged Items**
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
**Incorrect Address**
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
