**14-Day Change of Mind Returns**
Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
**How to Return an Item**

2. We will provide you with a returns label via email
3. Package the item securely with all original packaging and accessories
4. Take the package to your local post office with the returns label
5. Keep your proof of postage receipt
**Return Conditions**
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
- Have packaging with minimal damage (normal opening is acceptable)
- Be in resalable condition
You may test or try the product, but it must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell it.
**Return Shipping Costs**
For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the initial cost of return shipping to us. However, once we receive and process your return, we will refund the return shipping cost along with your product refund.
**Refund Processing**
Once we receive your returned item:

Our warranty covers:

- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Normal wear and tear

**Non-Returnable Items**
